“While working with Lindsay I have developed a technique that I could use anytime I was having a really bad day. First it began exclusively during our sessions and under Lindsay's guidance. Then, through repetition, I learned to do it on my own. Now, any time I'm stressed out I notice the signals my body uses. Then I know it's time to go sit because I need to relieve myself of what's bottled up. I would say my relationship with myself has greatly improved. My emotional maturity has levelled up. My level of responsibility to "take care" is far greater today than it was a year ago. I've been able to forgive myself and others and accept reality for what it is. '“
